Thabazimbi Game and Tourism Expo Presents

South African Legend Steve Hofmeyr

 

30th April to 2 May 2009

 

The annual Thabazimbi Game and Tourism Expo at the Thaba Park in Thabazimbi invites you back for another year of exhilarating fun and entertainment, for their 26th anniversary, which takes place from the 30th April to the 2nd May. This year brings and introduces a spectacular line-up of activities, games, tours, competitions and quality South African live artists.

South African legend, Steve Hofmeyr will be one of the artists headlining this year's show. Steve Hofmeyr has sold over 1.5 million albums and was awarded the SAMA award in 2004 for Best Selling South African Artist. The Pretoria born singer, songwriter, actor and poet will perform his awe-inspiring show to delight friends, families and fans. The local and international star will perform his much loved and unique South African music. Festival-goers should keep a close eye for the line-up of more incredible South African acts to be announced very soon.

 

Fun-filled activities and competitions will also take place during the Thabazimbi Game and Tourism Expo, such as the popular Kudu Quad Fun Run, the thrilling Hunting Rifle competition, the new and enjoyable tent pitching competition and the recently introduced tug-of-war competition. These activities are just a hint of the many happenings at this year's Expo, which caters for all.

 

The tickets, which can be bought before and at the show, are as follows:

30th April 2009 (Thursday): Adults: R 50; Children (under 13 years old): R25; Pensioners: R30

1 May 2009 (Friday): Adults: R60; Children (under 13 years old):  R30; Pensioners: R35

2 May 2009 (Saturday): Adults: R60; Children (under 13 years old): R30; Pensioners: R35
